Before my wife retired five years ago, I used to ride between 15,000 - 30,000 kms/year.

After her retirement and a few health issues on my part, between 8,000-15,000 km.

Next year, 2O,000 km, maybe? Who knows? I now wait to see what happens to interfere with my plans.

I bought my 1993 R100GS 5 years ago with 14,500 miles on it & just turned 64,500 miles. So 50,000 miles in 5 years.

My average is somewhere around 10,000 km per year. Some years (like last year at nearly 15K) are more others are less, it just depends on time for trips and weather. This year was below average.

I can't wait to retire and have a fixed income. The one I have now is always broke.

I ride about 8,000-10,000+ kms per year, however, we have several Club members who do 20-25k+ each year.
