2018 R1200RT C4 Schubert Helmet pairing

I’m new to BMW and new to Schubert Helmets. I have the C4 with the SCA Advanced comm system. I can pair the first helmet to the bike but the second helmet won’t pair and gives the message “Not Possible”. Updated firmware. Everything else pairs. Dealer says it should work. Owners documents says it should work. It doesn’t. Any ideas from anyone in the forum would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, Lowell! Nice bike to ride out the year with!

You might check a few of the threads in the Similar Threads pane at the bottom of the screen...one of them deals with pairing a second helmet, but not sure if it's the same system.

After a bit of time, one of the moderators will move this thread to the Gear section. Please consider starting another thread here in the New Member section to tell us more about how you came to BMW and maybe upload an image of the bike...love to see bikes!
 
Quick answer, the first helmet will connect but the second helmet won't pair. The BMW pairing system only works with BMW helmet comms.
