    Replacing seat bumpers R75/5

I'm working toward fixing my seat hinges and part of the solution includes replacing the rubber seat bumpers. I'm trying to figure out the best way of removing the old ones - the stems that are stuck inside specifically. I think once I get them out, I can push the new ones in. Do I have to disassemble the seat, or does anyone have some trick to getting them out? I thought about using something to push/pull them toward the larger holes - like a hemostat.

What would be the concern about leaving the small remnants inside the seat? They're not going to affect the seat pan, foam, or the function of the seat. Somewhere in my deep memory I thought someone said just push them inside and move on. Maybe there are other concerns???

They are in the way of getting the new ones in, for the most part. The seat foam is pretty dense. Maybe I can get something in there and push them out of the way.

Otherwise you will have to remove the aluminum seat trim (by removing all of those tiny T-head screws and nuts). Unless you are a Princess you won't feel the bumper remnants.
