Moving to Virginia ??

My wife and I are contemplating a move from California to Springfield, VA. As planned, the new home will not have a garage or other place to store or maintain my 2014 R1200GS. If anyone knows of small spaces available for rent in the area, I'd appreciate hearing back.
I've found BMWBMW, the DC club, and am interested. Looks like lots of activities in the general area.
And, of course, the cross-country ride will be an adventure!
