2016 F800GT Instrumentation Cluster Meltdown

I am very curious to know if any other F800 owners, GT or otherwise, have noticed that the black plastic encasement surrounding the speedo/ tach has crimped (warped) from direct sunlight or excessive heat? I live in Arizona and although I have owned my bike for just under a year, have already noticed a warping of the plastic between the gauges as well as the plastic around the computer readout screen. Of course, it is under warranty for three years (36K), but this type of wear seems premature. Anyone else seen a similar problem?

In West Texas I prefewr to park in the shade - usually a carport.

Yes, this has happened to my F-series Twin, model year 2009. This has been a problem with their supplier / material for many years. In my case, I parked the bike "just right" in the sun, and the slight concentration of light by the V-Stream windshield's curved, reflective surface was enough to get the black cluster surround plastic to melt/slump. Not enough to require replacement (no leaks), but annoying. Dealer did report it.
