The shuttle from the fairgrounds probably has a stop near here.
It's downtown on Market street a block west of the river, 3 blocks south of Court Ave. and the Saturday Farmers Market.
There has been some heavy rains at the upper end of the Des Moines River Watershed and I see the river downtown is creeping up.
Looks like it's up to the Simon Estes Stage. http://www.simonestesamp.com/

Our group on the beer bus wasn't thrilled with Court Avenue. They had a sign out front advertising $3 craft beers for happy hour from 3-6, but charged us over $5 each if we weren't using our 'free' ticket. When we questioned it, the server wouldn't respond and the manager refused to talk to us. Not happy.
