Clutch Lever

Is it possible to get a different clutch lever as mine engages at the end of the throw and I have a small hand. I have changed the setting on the lever but that didn't help.

I am pretty sure Wunderlich makes replacement levers for most models of BMWs. I too noticed my 2016 RT engages pretty far out on the clutch lever. I am not a fan but have learned to live with it. There is a way to adjust I believe that John Von Baden posted on one of the sites.
 
I just put a set of Pazzo's on my 16 RT. The one's listed here for the LC GS/GSA will fit the RT:

Pazzo Racing Adjustable Clutch & Brake Levers

They do have a larger adjustment range than the stock levers and may help with your situation. Installation requires removing the plunger from the stock levers and transferring it to the new ones. You do need to pay attention to some details here but it's really not that big a deal and there is a little room for additional adjustment in the process as long as you still get full clutch action in both directions (disengage/engage). Same goes for the brake side. They come in both short (two finger) and long (still a little shorter than stock) configurations. I put the long ones on even though I usually have only two fingers on either lever. So far I like them a lot.

Yes! That plunger is where the "adjustment" that John Von Baden was suggesting is possible. Although I believe it is not a "approved" method of adjustment by BMW.
 
Pazzo has a very good tutorial on transferring the plungers on YouTube (BMW B-77/C-75 Pazzo Levers install video). You do need to make sure you have full engage/disengage for the clutch and full disengage for the brake. The brake side could really mess you up if you end up dragging the brake even a little bit. I found the free play on the brake side pretty easy to "feel" but it wasn't nearly as easy on the clutch side. I was a little more conservative on the brake side and probably have more free play than I had originally but that's better than the other way around. I will probably take a crack at adjusting closer to the way it was over the weekend but for now it rides just fine.
