I tweaked my back working and I am now afraid it may be a problem while playing.
So the question the back a line belt, golds kidney belt need info pros or cons which is better ?
I ride a 1994 R1100RS most of the time (needs new schocks) or 1978 R100/7. ( has new suspension much stiffer than old one)
So if you use a back brace when you ride work etc. let me know what you think.
If you think wearing a back brace is the worst thing in the world let me know.
