BMW R4 crankshaft and camshaft bush clearances

I am from Perth Western Australia and am in the process of going through the motor on my socalled restored R4 (sound familiar!), does anyone know the clearances required in the crankshaft and camshaft bushes (bearings) in an R4 series 5, would be grateful for any info?
regards in advance

Welcome to the forum! Nice specimen the R4! You might be interested in looking through Vech's postings here on the forum of his restoration of an R4:

You might consider sending him an email to get your question answered. He's very helpful. His website is:

http://www.benchmarkworks.com/

Another area for research is the German website:

http://cms.bmw-einzylinder.de/index.php/literatur/drehmoment-und-servicedaten.html

There is also a single cylinder forum there and the people there are quite helpful since most of these bikes never made out of Germany. In fact, a guy from Perth, Graham, is posting about his R26 restoration.

Hope that helps!
