Throttle Lock

I am looking for a throttle lock for my F700GS. Which one are you using?

Thanks!
Guenther
I use a Kaoko and it works pretty good. Still not the electronic cruise I had on my RT though. [emoji12] Oh how I miss that!!

Does the Kaoko work with BMW hand guards?

Can you lock/unlock the throttle at its position with just the right hand?

Yes, they will work with the BMW hand guards. Yes, you can lock/unlock the throttle with just the right hand. It is a "tension" setting more than a locking. I never could set mine & just leave it, as the bike would eventually slow. With that being said, the Kaoko worked fine for me, as all I need is just to be able to rest my right hand. :)

My dealer told me the Kaoko would not work with mine, as it had the OEM handguards, so I went with the Atlas.

Atlas throttle lock

I have the (original model) Atlas throttle lock on my F-series bike. It works well - once I fiddled with it a bit. Their newer models come in 2 kinds: lower-side trigger button, and upper-side trigger. In my case, I needed the upper-trigger because of the placement of the bike's switches and turn-signal paddles.
