Consider becoming a Co-Chair of Registration at the MOA Rally in Des Moines, IA in 2018! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to ensure that each rally attendee receives the best welcoming experience!
Registration leadership team starts their work on Tuesday before the rally and ends on Sunday. We oversee the entire registration process, take payments from attendees who are no pre-registered; train our 200+ volunteers and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
We need someone who likes talking to people and make them feel welcomed, understands computers and is not afraid of learning new technologies and has some management and organizing skills. We have a great group of volunteers who have been working with us for many years, so the work is always fun and engaging.
You will be expected to arrive early at the rally (and yes, choose the best camping site
), help with the set up and take few shifts yourself between Wednesday and Saturday. You will be fully trained and until you feel comfortable on your own, you will always be paired up with one of our Co-Chairs.
