Phone mount on the NAV GPS bar mount

Hi,

Does anyone know if this RAM mount (5/8") will fit on the bar where the BMW Nav is mounted (#8 on this diagram)?

Anyone know the diameter of that bar? I'm in the office right now and can't check...

I would say "most likely". I know that this one fits... and the listed tolerances are off by 1/16".

I used those Adaptiv mounts on my '15 GSA for each side of the Nav-V and they've worked out quite well. My only complaint is that the mounting screws are not stainless steel and have thus rusted. If you get them, I recommend using stainless hardware.

I got the same one (but have mounted it on the left side). Works very well!
