Rear Brake Drag

I replaced the rear pads and flushed the brake fluid on my 2010 K1300GT and the brake pads are dragging on the rotor. I installed BMW pads, the ones I removed were not. It looks like the caliper should float but I cannot get any movement on the pins that are covered with a rubber boot.

Did you lightly lube the contact points on the calipers and brake pads along with the pins?
