Looking for a Decent USB Outlet Adapter for '15 R1200 GS

Any suggestions where I might find a decent quality adapter to plug in my power outlet just forward of the handle bar on my GS?

The ones they sell on Amazon appear to all the junk.

    Thank you!

I have a PowerLet adapter. I got it at one of the BMW MOA rallies for $10 less than the $49.95 price. Seems to work very well. Here's the URL for the piece on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Powerlet-PAC-...s=powerlet+usb

    Try this

It's works for me and uses my existing Battery Tender connection. If you have a powerlet adapter to BT that's even better, it's switched. If you're using it for a ram mounted phone you'll likely take the phone with you.

    I'm sure there's better options.

Get a marine grade one from West Marine. I use all marine grade stuff on my bike as it's more water resistant than anything else. Another thing to do is to electrify your tank bag and charge everything inside it.
This will keep the (USB) connections dry and only leaves you with one electrical connection out in the open. YMMV

I got this powerlet to USB cable. Happy with it so far and it seems well made. The cord length is perfect for charging items in a tank bag.

OptiMate USBís O-105 3300mA dual output charger about $30 at Revzilla

Nice, dual outlets, 'water tight' about $30.

Optimate O-105 selling for $25.11 on Amazon.

Looks like this model with 3300mah output is the winner. You could buy two of these for the same price as the Powerlet piece with 2100mah output (noted above) which I have.
