Sudden loss of compression

In this segment of our Best of Forum series we have a story of an Oilhead that suddenly and unexpectedly lost compression- in both cylinders.
The bike is an 2002 BMW 1150 rtp with 110K miles....Those RTP's, when they were "decommissioned" properly, where quite a machine for the second owner. Follow along as Ed and the crew from the forum try to sort this one out.
