Volunteering and Enjoying A Seminar at the Same Time? Priceless !!

We always have top notch seminar speakers at the National Rallies. We leave the rally enriched with more motorcycle or related information than before our arrival. Without these speakers we would much less knowledgeable about our passion. However there is a support team that is necessary for helping these speakers. These are volunteers that keep the speaker on schedule and have each seminar room prepared for their talks. Of course a bonus for these volunteers is they keep cool in air conditioned rooms and get to listen to great presentations. :thumb

:wave Sue Rihn, the Seminar Committee Chair sue@beemerhill.com would like to hear from some folks that would be interested in volunteering for this committee. :wave

Shifts for Seminars are approximately 3 hours in duration. A great way to help while taking in a seminar or two.

Volunteers are needed during the following days and times. Let Sue know which part of the day that you would be able to assist.

Wednesday, 4 volunteers are needed from 10:00 to 1:00 p.m. to setup the six seminar spaces.
Thursday: volunteers needed from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (3 hour shifts)
Friday: volunteers needed from 7:45 - 5:00 p.m. (3 hour shifts)
Saturday: volunteer help is needed from 7:45 - 3:00ish (3 hour shifts)

So if you plan on attending seminars, why not combine your seminar attendance with volunteering? Don’t be just an attendee at the Crossroads Rally, become part of the MOA Tribe! :buds

Let Sue Rihn know when you will be available to help her. Just put Seminar Helper into your email header and send it to sue@beemerhill.com :type
