Talk about a hot bike - the BMW R1200 Firefighting Bike

Definitely what one would expect to see on it's way to a fire. Give a whole new meaning to the acronym RTW. ;-)

The BMW R1200 RT-P-FIREXPRESS is already in use in Europe.

Twin 25L side-tanks containing a water / foam solution which is propelled by a 6.8L diver's style air tank across the rear seat area. The tank is filled at 4,350 PSI (300 Bar) and a regulator chokes that down to a nozzle pressure of 188 PSI (13 Bar). The bike also carries a 30 meter hose on a reel. The setup weighs 359 kg fully loaded (791 lbs)
