Hi - looking for off road adventure riding in New England region

We're a pretty diverse bunch of riders (1200 and 800cc GS bikes) and are reasonably capable off road riders - we've all done the gravel and mud roads of Alaska and Yukon in the past.

We're planning our 2017 ride and we are thinking about New England / Quebec.

Can anyone point me to a resource for off road adventure roads in this beautiful region? 'Just riding asphalt seems a little tame - though the better coffee in region will be appreciated!

We camp every night as well.

Thanks
