So you don't gap the plugs?

I've NEVER checked a Bosch plug and found it out of spec. This being since the 1970s.

Moving from the USA automotive scene to the German is a positive move--the USA is a third world country in comparison.

I worked on Mercedes in the early 70's. We used to throw the stock spark plugs away when prepping a car and put in NGK's.

I do! A 2014 3.0 Touareg TDI. Love it, torque, comfort, good mileage, 4motion. They say the "fix" will affect mileage by 1% and probably use more ad blue. Oh- did I mention almost $8500 back (guilt money) plus another 1500 from Bosch. I'm keepin' this tank.
