XM sat option

Is there still no option to get XM sat with this unit in the lower 48? It's the one reason I'm still using a Zumo 550 well... and that I also have a life time subscription

I've likewise continued using my Zumo 665 for the same reason. I'm very disappointed in Garmin's apparent, but inexplicable decision to discontinue XM support, pushing us to rely on cellphone data for weather and traffic information, despite the poor coverage in many parts of the US or the excessive hit that takes on our cell plan's data limits.

I agree with the others: Yes you should buy the Nav V with your GS. I did not buy one initially but went back for it after a few months. Fortunately I was still able to snag a 15% discount.
