I can just make out the O in the Mile Zero sign, I think. If so, I know the immediate previous owner (John) and the owner before him (Don).

Spoke to John today and he sends his congratulations, you have a good bike.

When I bought a Ford Ranger from John back in '92, I was sure it was in better shape than when it left the factory. He is that kind of guy, Don not far behind.
 
With that double bucket touring seat and that windshield, if that is an '86 or '87 it would have been called a K75T. Same as a C except a different windshield/fairing and different seat.
