Best tires to run a on a 1997 K1000 LTSE ?

I Just bought the bike with 1100 miles on it. its still like brand new.:thumb
Bought it from a gentleman who had it stored in a climate controlled airport hanger since new.
I heard they run hot. doesn't matter to me

1100 miles??? Wow, that IS brand new. 11,000 miles would still be like brand new. A great find either way!

You might want to let people know what kind of riding you will be doing ( commuting, long distance touring, one up, two up, attacking the twisties)and what your priorities are ( high mileage tread wear, ultimate handling and stickyness, wet weather).
