Once again this year those wanting to be considered for Outstanding Rider Awards will need to stop by the Awards Booth and register.
There have always been questions as to why we can't take the info from the Registration forms - well there are reasons:
- The main one is that we will take the time and make the extra effort to assure that all information is accurate and verified, something that the folks in Registration would have to seriously delay the other 99% of rally attendees in their registration. Doing it this was seriously speeds everyone's registration process.
- The winners should be winners. Typo's and unreadable entries are facts of life. We will take the time to double check all available info used in our calculations - and do it right in front of you to validate. It's not a question of honesty, it's a question of accuracy.
- We will actually speed your sign up time, and make it more enjoyable. Those signing up will be able to cover all their questions and concerns in a relaxed and friendly environment - and not have to deal with that while rushing to set up you rally campsite.
So come by, have a seat, share a cup of coffee with us, and make sure you honored as you deserve
