Where has your browser been hangin' round? Doesn't this happen every time it's at the ATM at 03:15

Yes, I was seeing this also, with one browser and specific links off the New Posts list. I don't know what exactly fixed it, because I did several things all together, but I haven't had the issue since then.
I was seeing this only on Firefox. I cleared the cache and browsing history, and then I shut down the browser and restarted it.
Firefox seems to cache more networking information than other browsers, and it seems to be more difficult to get it to update what it thinks is right.

I believe that was exactly the issue with Safari at my end.
