K75RT Heat Control: Is it possible?

When the ambient temperature gets to 90f my 1990 K75RT stays parked. My legs can't take it.
That said- I love that bike in the spring and fall!
I'm going to keep it.

Answer to question about new wethead, no they are nothing like a K100 or K75, I had three K100's two RS and one RT, hot hot hot. Johnny blanketed one of them made it much better and keep the knee pads blocked off. Another way is to remove the lowers, helps a bunch.

The "Wethead" is just that: an air cooled engine with supplemental liquid cooling for a small area of the heads at the locations of the exhaust valves. The classic K bikes were actually liquid cooled engines as found in most cars.
