    Pine Mtn

I called Pine Mtn Thurs at 9:10 am and the guy I talked to said no Melissa works there and they have no rooms available for sept 11 and 12. I already made a reservation in Middlesboro.

Did you call the 606-337-3066 or the 1800 number?

Thank you. Knowing which number allows me to focus on the section that is having the problem. I'm sorry you've had such a run around.

    Booked!

We just made our reservation for the King room at the lodge coming in a day early on the 10th. If anyone else is also arriving on the 10th please post up and maybe we can get together for dinner or something

Spent the day exploring the area, making some notes on potential routes, and checking out some things that might make the list of things to do. I can tell you that there are miles and miles of beautiful curvy mountain roads of Sheer Riding Pleasure. I can also tell you I discovered a section with about 60 miles between gas stations. I learned this when I had about half a gallon left. Gotta love coasting into a gas station. This won't be a problem for anyone smart enough not to leave the event site with only 3/4 of a gallon of fuel. Ha! There's plenty of fuel in Pineville, so there's no need to repeat my experience.

I can't wait for Sept so you all can see these roads.

I am considering the trip but would trailer down from Milwaukee WI, anyone from the area heading down?

    No rooms

I called today and was told no more rooms.
What is a suggested area to stay Friday and Saturday night?
