I have a K5 and mounted the rear camera on the top license plate screw. It's solid and hasn't moved in the year I've had it there.

I have the same one and really like it. It is stable enough that you can move the bike around on the garage floor and get it out of the way...

Isn't the front wheel supposed to be at roughly the same height as the rear wheel?

There are several positions available. Wheelie, stoppie and level depending on your needs.

Yup, based on if you secure the rear to the red moving part or the black stationary part.
