2014 R1200RT: clunky going in to 1st gear

Motorcycle transmissions don't have synchros. So you are correct.
2015 r1200rt
250 miles on new bike and here is what I notice:
- clunks some going into 1st. No change cold or hot
- clunks the worst going into 2nd, pretty heavy clunk
- 3rd clunks but less
- 4th clunks very little
- 5th Some but not sure I would call it a clunk
- 6th no perceived clunk

My dealer filled it to the top of the sight glass ring at the 600 mile service and 2400 miles later it still hasn't burned down to the middle
I guess I'm fated to have clunky shifting until it starts burning oil ...
