One of my favorites! Missed the last two and will miss the next two until my daughter graduates from HS. Major marching band competition each year on that weekend. I seem to remember the same thing in Potosi goes on that weekend. You can hear the marching band music from the nearby HS. Great rally!

I'm planning on stopping by later on Saturday due to a conflict with a YMCA (opps, now just "The Y") craft fair that I have to cook for. Hope to see some of the folks that I met at the St. Paul rally there on Saturday evening......

Can't make it this year. Have a family hayride on Friday in St. Gen and the GO StL half marathon Saturday morning. I might get free to ride Sunday morning if my legs are up to it.

Thanks for the heads up. Wife is not too happy about my ditching my volunteer duties at her semi-annual "Y" craft sale Bar-B-Que, so I'll probably behave myself and spend the weekend working for her. She doesn't ask much, and I'll be heading out to the Rib Feast down in Tennessee next week anyway, so I guess I'll miss it myself. Sure wish it were last week or next week. The second week of October always seems to rain in Potosi for some reason.....:-(

Thank you Gateway riders, had a great time. Thankfully the rain let up fri nite, Saturday was nice.
