Tourshell Jacket, Question For Owners?

My wife is looking at purchasing a ladies Tourshell Jacket but we have one question.

The fabric new jackets in the shop is stiff and not as flexible as with some jackets.

For anyone that has a Tourshell Jacket, do they break in and get more flexible when they are worn for a while?

They do soften up a bit , but by nature are stiffer than the comfort shells were. You get used to it. As Kent says, the stiffness of material is there for a reason.

We have Airflow suits for the higher summer heat.
But the venting in the tourshell is a lot better than my streetguard.
