    New guy from Maine.

Hi all, I finally got around to buying an '04 GS after having many other bikes. I was talking to a member locally and he said joining here would be a good idea.
I like good ideas so here I am.
I'm looking forward to reading through the forums. And maybe meeting some of you in New England. --Mike

    Mike -

Welcome to the forum and the MOA! Is it warming up for you up there?? Hopefully you can get out and enjoy the bike. Show us a picture when you get time.

Welcome, always good to see another Mainiac here.
So often times it happens that we live our lives in chains
And we never even know we have the key

You should try to work the MOA national rally into you schedule. July 24, 25, 26.
It will give you a chance to meet a lot of new friends you don't know yet.

The big rally won't be happening this year. All my vacation time has been planned out for the summer.
I just looked at the events page and saw there is a southern Maine rally this weekend I wish I had known a month ago. I work the whole weekend.
Now that I've joined here I can keep track of when the events are in the future.
