RTP cooling fan (1150)

axillary cooling for the RT, what say the experenced folks. is it worth the agravation, i guess what iam asking is it necessary for stuck in traffic days or do these bikes cool pretty good on there own. i have never riden it in the summer months. thanks folks.
 
Despite the fan, last summer when stuck in line for about an hour at a border crossing, I sill had to shut the bike off as the temperature gauge was indicating that engine was beginning to overheat. I don't use it that often, and when I do, I am seldom parked as long as that one border crossing. I most likely could have survived without installing the fan.

My fix to the wait is a Nexus card, never longer than 10 min :whistle
