Installing BMW Communicator in Helmet - Instructions?

Anyone know where I can find instructions on how to install the BMW Communicator system in my helmet? I've got an AirFlow 2 helmet and am buying the BMW Communicator system to install in it to pair with my Navigator, but can't find a manual or BMW installation instructions anywhere online and I've read that it doesn't come with instructions and folks have not always had an easy time of it. Much obliged for any pointers anyone can offer!

Are you sure it fits that helmet?
My understanding it was for Schubert helmets

There are separate versions for the System 6, AirFlow 2, and other BMW helmets - not available in the U.S., but in the E.U. (picked up an AirFlow 2 in the summer and going back today and will pick up the communicator while I'm there).

Sure would think E.U. Dealer would be of some help
Dewey at Long Beach BMW installed both of ours in about thirty minutes, although they are Schubert helmets. Don't think it should be to difficult as a DIY project
Good luck
What country are you purchasing from if I may ask?

Just looked up the airflow II, nice looking hat
One question are they DOT approved?
Install should be easy

1. Great Helmet, DOT, NO but been around the country a few times, came across officers and it was never an issue. It's generally a question of attitude.
2. The unit works great with my cellular but I cant seem to get it to Pair with my new 1600b and cant seem to get it into pair properly and so I'm looking for the manual to figure out how to resolve the issue and I cant seem to find it anywhere.
4. Brought it in from Germany
5. Previously I brought in 3 of the original AirFlow Helmits over a few years and was hopeing to buy another one but could only get the AirFlow2.

THE ORIGINAL AIRFLOW WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST OVERALL HELMET I'VE EVER OWNED, IM STILL HOOKED ON THOSE OLD AIRFLOWS

Welcome to the forum, 31wings! Hopefully the original poster will check back in, but it's been a couple of years since he posted. One can hope!!
