BMW NAV IV voice commands

I have a NAV IV integrated into my '12 RT with audio system. When using the navigation and there is a voice command, the volume of the music cuts out as it should, but the volume of the Garmin voice is about 30% to 40% lower than the volume of what I had the music set at. I can hear it, but it's odd that the voice commands would be a different volume. The NAV IV volume is set to 100% for both voice commands and master volume. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix? Thanks.

Doug

I'm not really with same system, but is your system Blue Tooth linked? If so, try your volume of Blue Tooth on phone. Ive had this problem before and found my phone volume turned down! Good luck. Randy
