European Road Trip + BSA International Rally Norway

Out There Somewhere
On July 26th, 2013

I flew over to Hamburg, Germany, where I joined a friend, whom I only "knew" from the internet motorcycle forum, BritBike.com . It was his suggestion to come to Germany, and go along with him for a drive up to Norway to attend the 50th annual BSA International Rally, hosted at Valldal by the BSAOC.NO
We took Dieter's truck, but loaded his custom BSA "Dark Star" and also his 1979 Yamaha XT500. Along the way we visited friends in Sweden, and camped out at a major Swedish/EU Hot Rod Rally, the acclaimed A-bombers Old Style weekend- before going up into Norway.

SO,
This is NOT a "real" ride report, but a chronicle of a great trip thru northern Europe, with plenty of cool motorhead and bike stuff, and lots of pix of the areas (and people) we visited along our way. My story is still in process. Currently, we are in Norway at the BSA International.

If it suits your interest, please click the supplied link to view my "yarn" and pix.

Thanks!

Just wrapped up my travelogue over on britbike.com

18 days and a couple thousand kilometers requires more than just a few words and pix.
Thanks for looking!
