90 K75RT Adding Auxiliary upper gauge cluster Wiring has me stumped

I got the major connections figured out but I'm stumped where and to what the single wire with a small round female connector, a T or L shaped connector and the double red & white wire go. Anyone familiar with thus harness? I've got till the 10th of July to get this sorted out then it's off to Salem,
