1978 R100/7 front fork spring

Does anyone have access to the free-length of a new set of front fork springs of a 1978 R100/7 front fork? How long are they supposed to be?

I want to measure mine when I take them out and see just how far gone they are.

Also, any suggestions when I rebuild my front forks as to what to put in new - seals, orings, etc.

Thanks,
Jim

And the factory manual states the same thing, minimum is 567 for /7, and 543 for the RS. Something I did not know, the RS is different.
