2002 1150 RTP driving/fog light recommendations

I have a 2002 R1150RTP, with PIAA 1100x driving lights mounted on the front crash bars. They have done a great job over the past 60,000 miles, however they've recently quit working, and I'm thinking about replacing them with something a little more modern. The PIAA 1100x draw a lot of power from the bike, and the bulbs are expensive to replace. I'd like to upgrade to LED, as they have extremely long bulb life and draw relatively little current from the bike.

Does anyone have suggestions for reliable and well-made LED driving lights/fog light systems for mounting on my RTP?

I've included a link to a photo of my bike so you can see the mounting location.
