'09 RT, brake fluid flush and ABS

I'm going to do my first complete service on my '09 this weekend. So I've read both Semper_Fi and Don's excellent brake flush posts in the Tech sub forum. It looks like it's no more difficult than, say, an '85 RT. I'm confused about the ABS system. Does flushing and bleeding through the 4 bleed ports also flush the ABS modulating system?:scratch
