Throttle lock '12 R1200GS

Any suggestion for a throttle lock that fits a GS with heated grips and hand guards

Kaoko

Kaoko is considered the best choice for R1200GS. And this is not just my opinion, check AdvRider. I cannot share my personal experience as I just installed it yesterday.
 
I have a :thumb Kaoko throttle lock, have about 9K on it and love it?. easy to use and works great with the heated grips on the R1200GS?
I also have the throttlemeister on my Hayabusa and have about 33K on that but I prefer the Kaoko over the throtlemeister. :)

Had the Kaoko almost 5 years, all good:). GSA1200'07 at 95000m now. I absolutely DO NOT miss my electric cruise on older KLT1200, as the manual Kaoko has suited me just fine. Sometimes simple works great too:). Randy

GS Throttle Lock

Been using the Throttlemeister on my 2012 GS with good results. (had one on a previous bike as well)
It's a high quality item and works great, check it out. Works with heated grips and factory hand guards too.
A little pricy but worth it IMO.
 
+1 on the excelthrottle control. I've hade the twist types and my thick gloves in winter will at times work the lock to a locking position, or to resistance anyway, and when I think I'm releasing the throttle it sticks open. Just a little surprised at times! And,,,, I just don't like having to always be twisting it on and off. So, for me, this little device really is slick. . http://www.excelthrottlecontrol.com/

Does anyone have hands on experience with the Visa Cruise?
 
Some additional reading below. I actually used the NEP, similar to the Vista but cheaper and works better (IMO). Enlarged the center to fit the grip diameter. Dremel work on the left side to clear the switch housing. Anchored the bottom to something secure with a zip tie to keep it from moving. I did not use any screws or drill any holes or alter the switch housing in any way. Perfect fit between the housing and the grip. Flip on, flip off, simple as pie.

I ordered the Vista Cruise mostly because I had one in the past ,it's been awhile but I remember being satisfied with it .
