It's that time of year in SoCal. The Jacaranda trees are dripping their odd color of violet blooms all over the streets.

It's taken about four months (about 2 mos due to back ordered lights), but this is what I've done to the bike (2018 R1200 GS) since buying it in January. The bike is pretty much where I want it now--of course things may change going forward. I originally posted the new to me (2018 R1200 GS) in post 647 on page 44.
Machine Art Moto cylinder head guards
Touratech crash bars
Denali D2 lights w/ Hex EzCan
Added brake light
BMW Frame Guards
Puig Headlight protector
Touratech large sidestand foot
Weiser Technik LED replacement bulbs turn indicators.
Inexpensive Final Drive protector and slider (off of EBay)
Inexpensive Phone cradle for the BMW GPS holder
With regards to tank bags, I first ordered a Touratech bag, which was good, but a bit too big for my liking and I wasn't a fan of the straps to attach the bag. So, I ordered SW Motech' Pro Micro bag and tank ring. I like this set up better. The bag is rather small, but I don't need it to hold much. Just earplugs, opener, etc. It's hard to see the bag in the photo below as it is blocked by the right-side hand guard and mirror.

Pick it up yesterday, my first BMW bike and I love it

I’m a couple weeks into enjoying my new ride.. triple black GS. This thing is better than I thought it would be and I’ve ridden all but the wet heads.. been holding out on doing so but in a weak moment took a test ride and …pulled the trigger! [emoji51] just added the bumot bags, they are nice! Local bmw shop will install crash bars and lights at 600 mile service for free so I’ll let them!
