2000 R1150GS does it have whizzy brakes????

Hello:

Having never owned a GS...I have a question or two if you don't mind.

1. Does a 2000 model year have servo assisted(whizzy brakes)???
2. The bike has a salvage inspected title and has been repaired properly.But it has 100k on it. It has bag mounts but no luggage.Staintune exhaust is fitted on her. They want $4000 for it... any thoughts on the price???? The bike is in good shape all over. Have not heard it run yet.

My boxer experience is with "R" and "RT" models so any help would be grand,thanks in adavance!!!

Actually after 09/2002 to be correct

That's WAY too much money. It's worth $3K with a good title. A salvage title cuts the value in half, so $1500.
