2009 GSA1200 Value?

Good morning all:

Was looking to purchase a used GSA from a dealer and wanted to poll the group on price. Specifics are;

2009 GSA1200
15000 miles
Corbin seat
Enhanced windscreen
Andk Exhaust
ABS
Barkbusters
Heated grips and onboard comp
no ESA
Tires at abut 50%
Three large alum BMW panniers-side with some scratches

They are asking $15.9, was offering $14.2-not sure they will accept it.

Thoughts?

I believe I may have misspoke. Anywhere in the $14K's looks like a fair price. Nada retail is $15,675, low is about $12K. This includes their "general allowance" for bags of only a couple hundred dollars which as we know is way low.

Kelly retail is $16,160, low is $11,885 and this is only allowing for ABS and EAS, not the bags at all.
