Clean Alloy Wheels With? (85 monolever)

Thanks to everyone who provided me with tire tips. The best suggestions were Dunlop Elite II that leaned more toward a touring tire and the Bridgestone BT45 Battlax. I ended up getting the Bridgestones, they had the front in stock and they were on sale.

Now the alloy wheels have a lot of grime on them. Cleaner wouldn't do anything to them but I tried a little triple-ought steel wool in a small spot and seemed to clean pretty good without producing too much shine. These wheels do not have a clear coat on them so I'm just wondering what other people have used to really spruce these rims up?

Thanks!
