Sex education for men & women

What, me worry?
I was asked/told once (I think actually this might have been when I went to class to become an MSF instructor, that was over 20 yrs ago!), what the difference is between education and training.
The answer was :"When you were in high school, what would you have rather had, sex education or sex training?"
