I need some help. I installed a fuzeblock on my RT this weekend. It went well, no problems, but I remember reading a post about resetting the throttle after disconnecting the battery but I cannot remember the post or the procecure.

Thanks for the help I hope I get

Turn on ignition. Rotate throttle from full off to full on. Repeat. Turn off ignition. That teaches the engine management system what full throttle looks like.

Is that a trick my '06 GS needs?

It's recommended every time the battery has been disconnected. The engine management system will probably adjust without this step, but it will take longer and may not run as well until it does. It cannot hurt, in any case.
