I purchased some brake and fork parts and I don't know what these are (see picture). Anybody know? Thanks!

Not that I know what that means, but I'm guessing I don't need it since my bike is a R100RT '79 and I'm switching out the ATE brakes for some Brembos. Calipers and sliders are from a mid-80s bike. I just got stuck when I saw those and couldn't figure where they went. Thanks for the help.
 
Does this mean that you have some ATE sliders and calipers for sale?
