When I bought this bike last year it came with this GPS mount.

Is this for the BMW Garmin 660?

Looks close, but there appears to be some Velcro over the location where the electrical connection should be.

There is Velcro on the dust cover which is removed to expose the contacts. Release button is at top right and to the back.

Just a note - a Garmin 660/665 will light up when plugged into the mount, but the buttons on the left side of the mount will not be functional. Aside from that - the 660 and the NAV-IV are born the same day siblings.. There are some minor software functional differences, and the BMW mount doesn't allow you to connect things to the left side of the GPS (like audio out and the FM traffic antenna). The Garmin mount for the 660/665 not only allows access to those jacks, the wiring harness for it also has plugs duplicating these in the harness. Both the 660/665/Nav-IV are running version 4.7 of the firmware at the moment, so the functions are about identical.
