Any tips on instrument removal R100GSPD

I want to overhaul my old PD and give it a makeover. I am looking at the speedo and tach on the bike and wonder if there is an easy way to remove all the instruments?
Thanks in advance to those that can help.

You have no choice but to remove the front fairing. Once the fairing is removed, you will access the dash, and by unplugging several connectors, you will have full access to everything.
