Saw this in the flea market and didn't know what it was. It says emergency cylinder repair cover for boxer twins......... What the heck is it?

I have no idea, unless it is a tarp to put over the bike and mechanic/rider for emergency repairs during harsh sunny or very rainy days. :)
 
Seeing who the seller was, it's most likely the rubber overboot kit for a R1200 series Hexhead.
It's a rubber temporary cover to patch a cracked or slightly damaged rocker cover so you can get home. A good GS item to carry for some :whistle

Ah, there ya go. Another advantage of riding an old airhead ... they all come OEM equipped with two emergency valve covers.
